This event is chaired by Stephen W. Van Evera, MIT Political Science Professor and Associate Director of CIS.

關於講者:
Robert Gallucci was Ambassador at Large during the Clinton Administration. Following the Persian Gulf War, he helped create UNSCOM under UN resolution 687, which called for the disarmament of Iraq's weapons of mass destruction and long-range missile programs. He then became UNSCOM's Deputy Executive Chairman and participated in several of the early inspections of Iraq. A career diplomat who dealt with proliferation issues as U.S. Assistant Secretary of State for Political-Military Affairs and as U.S. Special Envoy, he is the author of Neither Peace Nor Honor: The Politics of American Military Policy in Vietnam.
