本課程主要著重在工程管理。內容有 財務準則、創新管理、專案管理控制、人力變數、生涯規劃、專利權，以及技術採用的策略規劃。透過 案例 教學的方式，鼓勵學生參與相關問題討論(請參考上一頁)。

學生每週預計要花十二個小時在這個課程上)，平均每個禮拜(有三個小時的時間用在上課以及課堂討論上，一個小時的時間用在小組討論上，其他八個小時則是用來消化教材並為課堂討論的報告作準備。

Financial principles, management of innovation, technical strategy, engineering project planning and control, human factors, sales and legal issues, and career planning. Case study method of instruction emphasizes participation in class discussion.

This course is a 12-unit subject. Each week, on the average, the course requires 3 hours of lecture or class discussion, 1 hour of group discussion, and 8 hours of study and preparation for the class discussion.
