課程描述
課程涵蓋免疫系統的細胞和組織，淋巴球的發育過程，抗原受體的結構和功能，抗原反應過程的細胞生物學以及抗原的呈現，其中包括MHC分子的結構與組合，細胞激素的生物學，白血球和內皮組織的互動關係，以及免疫相關疾病的致病機轉。整個課程包括一系列的課堂講解和個別教學，其中臨床個案由教師群帶領討論。
Covers cells and tissues of the immune system, lymphocyte development, the structure and function of antigen receptors, the cell biology of antigen processing and presentation including molecular structure and assembly of MHC molecules, the biology of cytokines, leukocyte-endothelial interactions, and the pathogenesis of immunologically mediated diseases. The course is structured as a series of lectures and tutorials in which clinical cases are discussed with faculty tutors.
