Sample Problem Sets
Sample problem sets are provided that illustrate the types of issues examined in the course. Problem sets for the course consist of problems from the book, Persson, Torsten, and Guido Tabellini. Political Economics: Explaining Economic Policy. Cambridge, MA: MIT Press, 2000. ISBN: 0262161958 (Referred to as PT). In addition to the problems from PT, each problem set also has a question, which is often the hardest question on each problem set. Please note that Problem Set 1 consists solely of problems from PT.
