本课程主要着重在工程管理。内容有 财务准则、创新管理、专案管理控制、人力变数、生涯规划、专利权,以及技术采用的策略规划。透过 案例 教学的方式,鼓励学生参与相关问题讨论(请参考上一页)。
评估的学习时间
学生每周预计要花十二个小时在这个课程上),平均每个礼拜(有三个小时的时间用在上课以及课堂讨论上,一个小时的时间用在小组讨论上,其他八个小时则是用来消化教材并为课堂讨论的报告作准备。

Scope
Financial principles, management of innovation, technical strategy, engineering project planning and control, human factors, sales and legal issues, and career planning. Case study method of instruction emphasizes participation in class discussion.
Credit and Workload
This course is a 12-unit subject. Each week, on the average, the course requires 3 hours of lecture or class discussion, 1 hour of group discussion, and 8 hours of study and preparation for the class discussion.
